Memorials
Darwin Monument proudly creates high-quality, beautiful memorials. Our designers will work hard to honor the legacy of you and your loved ones. Memorials, engravings, and granite colors can be customized to your preferences. We work extensively to create a memorial perfectly to your wishes. At Darwin Monument, our pricing for each memorial includes all engraving on the front surface done at this time.
We create and install a variety of memorials every year. While many memorials are placed in cemeteries, we also provide memorials that are placed in parks and other public areas, as well as public memorials honoring individuals as well as groups such as veterans memorials.
Monuments
Monuments include two pieces of granite: a tablet and a base. These are available in many different sizes, shapes, and polish styles.
Slant
Slants are typically 16” tall and 10” deep. Standard pricing includes a polished face and sawn back.
Bevel Marker
Bevels are usually 6” tall in the back and 4” tall in the front giving a nice angled face; often referred to as a “pillow” marker.
Flat Grass Marker
Flat grass markers are usually 4” thick with a polished top. Grass markers sit flush with the ground.
Benches
Bench style monuments are an ideal choice for many clients. Ideal for quiet, contemplative reflection.
